WPFruits provides support services to members or customers only. Support includes installation guidance, bugs fixing, and general problem solving with features explained on the plugin’s official sales page.

Item support does not include:

  • Solving problems for other plugins or issues created by other plugins.
  • General WordPress support (please use the WordPress forums for that).
  • Adding new features or extending existing features.
  • Customization and installation services.
  • Support for third party software and plug-ins.
  • Other plugin integration.

Support for our items includes:

  • Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features.
  • Fixing bugs and reported issues.
  • Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new software versions

Estimated Response Time:

We try to respond as soon as possible to every support request we receive. On week days, we respond within 12-18 hours. In case if it is taking time, please be patient for sure we are constantly trying to come up with a solution to your support request. Your patience will be highly appreciated..
